4.  Does NuggetBuy.com offer a warranty?

All products come with a standard warranty against manufacturers defect.  Most manufacturers offer a 1-year warranty against defects.  NuggetBuy.com only selects the finest manufacturers with top reputations for quality assurance.


5.  Will my item look exactly like the picture?

NuggetBuy.com makes every effort to provide high quality images and measurements to assist you in selecting your purchase.  However, images may vary in color depending on your monitor color settings.  If precise colors are critical to your order, we suggest contacting us by phone (1-877-US-NUGGET) or email in order to further assist you.  Please note:  NuggetBuy.com is not responsible for color variations.  All Returns will be subject to our Return Policy & fees.


6.  Is it safe to order online?

Absolutely!  Your Order can be completed online by simply clicking on the "Add to Cart" button next to the item you wish to order.  The secure server will protect and scramble all of your shipping and credit card numbers with Industry-Standard SSL encryption protocol.  This SSL technology projects the customer's information such as credit card numbers, names and addresses during the exchange between your computer and our server.

NuggetBuy.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.


9.  Does NuggetBuy.com charge sales tax?

There is no sales tax collected on any order shipped outside of Tennessee.  NuggetBuy.com will collect the appropriate sales tax for orders shipped within the state of TN.  This will be added to your final total when placing your order if you are ordering from TN.  Exempt Organizations should email Resale Certificates after placing your order to order@NuggetBuy.com


10.  How much is shipping?

NuggetBuy.com provides free 3-day ground shipping within the 48 US contiguous states.  If overnight shipping is needed, appropriate charges will apply at the checkout.  NuggetBuy.com does ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.  Please call for shipping.


 

11.  How long will it take to receive my order?

In Stock items usually ship same day.  Arrival time is generally 3 days.  Since Inventory changes frequently, we will provide an estimated ship date when you place your order.  


12.  How will you ship my order?

We ship UPS Ground for most items.  Oversize items or multiple quantity orders will ship via Truck.  Customer must be present to inspect, accept and sign for their delivery.


13.  What about delivery confirmation?

We send tracking numbers through our automated e-mail system.  This will allow you to track your purchase to your door.  You will usually receive a phone call for large items that ship via Truck to work out shipping details.


14.  How does the 30-Day Lowest Price Guarantee work?

We are confident that you will find NuggetBuy.com has the lowest Internet prices.  However, if you happen to come across a lower price online for the exact same item, we will beat it by a dollar.  The price will be determined by the final delivered price including shipping and sales tax, if applicable. NuggetBuy.com reserves the right to check & verify the advertised price.

15.  What is your Cancellation Policy?

Orders may be canceled as long as they have not shipped out.  Exceptions are special orders, orders that have been shipped, or will be shipping within 48 hours of your cancellation request. Special orders are defined as any order where a fabric, size, color or customization was selected. A cancellation number will always be assigned upon cancellation.  You will need to provide this cancellation number in the event of any discrepancy.  Orders without a valid cancellation number will be subject to our full return policy if the order was refused.  Special orders can only be canceled within 3 days of the purchase and are nonrefundable.  Please call (1-877-US-NUGGET) to cancel.  Orders already in transit can not be canceled.


16.  What if my item arrives damaged?

Our Customer Care Representatives are fully trained to offer any assistance to help you.  Our excellent packaging and shipping experience reduces the chances of damage.  However, in the event of damage, please save all original packaging.  Notify us by phone (1-877-US-NUGGET) or email order@NuggetBuy.com as well as the shipping company immediately.  

Concealed damage must be reported to NuggetBuy.com and the shipper within 5 days of arrival. Pictures are required in the event of hidden damage.  If there are partial damages or shortages, accept the good items and list damages/shortages on the delivery receipt.  If the product is refused and damage is noted on the delivery receipt, we will send free replacement parts to correct the problem, or issue a pickup to replace the product at our discretion.  

If a replacement is declined and you would rather cancel your order you may choose from the following:

17.  What is your Return Policy?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority.  If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30-days of delivery.  Returned items must be new and in unused condition.  Special orders where custom fabrics or colors are selected are non-refundable. To return items for exchange or refund please contact us via email order@NuggetBuy.com or phone (1-877-US-NUGGET).  We ship items from multiple warehouses across the United States. Therefore, it is very important to contact us so we can provide the correct return warehouse address.  All returns are subject to round trip shipping charges.  If your item was shipped "Free Shipping," we charge our "actual" outbound shipping charges.

To the extent permitted by law, neither NuggetBuy.com nor any of its employees, related partners or their respective officers or employees will be liable in any way for any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered or incurred by you or claims made by you because of your use of the site, unavailability of this site or in connection with any products, services or information advertised, offered or supplied through this site. 

Nuggetbuy.com maintains the exclusive right to cancel or refuse any order without limitation, including price omission, incorrect price, typographical errors, suspicion of fraud, and delivery area restrictions.


19.  What is your Refund Policy?

Products purchased from NuggetBuy.com may be returned for a full credit, minus shipping and handling charges of $10.00, to the original credit card used in the transaction.  However, before any product may be returned, the customer must return to NuggetBuy.com a "Refund Claim Form".  The "Return Claim Form" will be provided to the customer after the customer informs NuggetBuy.com that they need such form.  To obtain a refund, you must notify NuggetBuy.com within 30-days of your original purchase date, that you desire a refund for the product purchased.  The "Refund Claim Form" provided to you must be returned to NuggetBuy.com by regular Postal Mail (no email), within 10-days, in order to obtain a refund.

In order to obtain a refund or exchange, you must provide your correct email address and/or mailing address to NuggetBuy.com.  NuggetBuy.com will not be liable for any claims of non-receipt of merchandise, and /or non-receipt of a "Refund Claim Form" that was a result of an incorrect email address and/or mailing address provided by you to NuggetBuy.com.  The customer is responsible for providing a correct/working email address to NuggetBuy.com.

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims - All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department.  If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services.  This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.

20.  What does Denier mean?

The Denier Weight of the top determines the thickness of the canvas which helps to determine the overall quality of the tent.  The higher the Denier Weight the thicker the canvas.  A 600 Denier canopy is considered a commercial grade canopy. 


21.  Do Gas Logs require any special installation?

Yes, it is highly recommended that your new fireplace gas logs be installed by a qualified plumber or heating contractor.  This is not the right job for a DIY's.  Most jobs are installed with threaded pipe, which must be cut and threaded on the job.  In addition, technical knowledge and certain instruments are required to set up and adjust the gas logs.  Have a Chimney Sweep check your chimney and fireplace prior to installation. Use a Carbon Monoxide (CO) detector.  Before installing any gas log system, check your local and state codes.

22.  Do Tents, Canopies, Instant Canopies, and Awning have special considerations?

Yes, all Tents, Canopies, Instant Canopies and Awning need special anchoring,  and weather conditions must be heeded.  Tents, Canopies, Instant Canopies and Awnings are designed to protect against damages caused by the sun, rain, tree sap, birds, etc. They are not designed to hold the roof loads that accompany snow or ice.  If your Tent, Canopy, Instant Canopy, or Awning is not anchored securely, it will fly away.  Tents, Canopies, Instant Canopies, and Awnings make good kites. If your canopy takes flight, NuggetBuy.com will not send free replacements. Anchoring is your responsibility.  We offer several types of anchoring kits and weight bags.  If you know that a strong weather front is coming -- remove your Tent, Canopies, Instant Canopies and Awnings.

Do not cook underneath any Shelter. Do not ignite fireworks underneath any Shelter.  Keep snow brushed off cover to prevent collapsing.  Do not let rain water gather on the cover.  Do not bleach cover to clean.  Do not Dry Clean, wash in a washing machine or dry in a dryer.  To clean, hand wash with soft brush using mild soap and water. Rinse with a garden hose.  Be sure the top is completely dry before you fold and store it.
